The Kenworth Oak Dining Table with Steel Base, Complete with a Matching Bench

Handcrafted with care in our Sheffield, UK workshop, each oak dining table with steel base is expertly crafted using high-quality Oak measuring 30-35mm thick and a powder coated steel base.

What finish is this Solid Oak table?

• The table showcased here is treated with our latest Rubio Oil finish, named ‘White’. This unique oil infuses the Oak’s grain with a subtle white wash, gently softening the natural warmth of the wood while preserving its exquisite grain and distinctive character.

How do I choose an oak finish?

• You can order a stain sample to check you are happy with the stain prior to your purchase or to help confirm your choice.

What is the oak table made from?

• This contemporary table has a chunky solid oak top and a powder-coated steel base, this table embodies timeless elegance. The solid Oak top boasts aged character, resting gracefully atop the sturdy 8 x 8cm box steel base. Embracing its natural charm, the wood features age-related cracks and marks, artfully filled with black resin and polished to a smooth finish. Each plank is carefully selected for its unique character, then meticulously planed and joined to create a solid slab wooden top that is both flat and easy to wipe clean. Handpicked for their individuality, the tops vary slightly, ensuring each piece carries its own distinctive charm.

How many chairs will fit at my oak table?

• Below is an approximate guide of how many seats you can sit around this style of table, this is a general rule but will all depend on the style of chair sat with the table, please contact us direct if you are unsure of what size to order.4ft (120cm) table – 4 people however please note the base legs will be placed closer to the ends of the table so 2 seats can run along the long side of the table.

Can I have a bespoke table?

• Of course! Please contact us direct if you require something a little different from the standard listing. We make lots of different styles of tables and furniture, that can be made to any size and finish please get in touch for a bespoke quote.

How does my dining table get delivered?

• The tabletop and legs are separate to make delivery and access easier. The legs will then be screwed into place once in your home. Our delivery driver will bring the item into your home to the ground floor (further floors must be requested upon ordering). Please note we only offer a one man delivery service so you will require someone at the property to assist the driver bring the item into your home. We can assemble the table on delivery for you if you require, please just request this from your driver on delivery day.
